We use collected information to: (a) process and review your fraud report; (b) save your report with a Case ID; (c) notify or route the report to our internal team when notification services are enabled; (d) provide you with guidance and follow-up assistance; (e) detect and prevent spam and fraudulent submissions.

Data Retention

Report data is retained for a maximum of 2 years, after which it is securely deleted. Uploaded files are stored securely and inaccessible to the public.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with law enforcement agencies if required by law. We do not share your information with third-party marketers.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure file storage, and access controls to protect your personal data.
