By accessing and using BraapLegal ("the Portal"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Portal.

BraapLegal is a fraud reporting and guidance platform. We help individuals document and report suspected scam incidents. We are are a law enforcement agency, legal firm, financial institution, and asset recovery service. We guarantee, promise, and imply the recovery of any funds or assets.
3. No Fund Recovery Guarantee
The Portal provides informational and advisory services only. Any mention of guidance related to fraud incidents is strictly for reporting purposes. We make no representation that funds lost to fraud can or will be recovered through use of our services.
4. Accuracy of Information
Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when submitting reports. Submitting false or misleading information may constitute fraud or a criminal offence under applicable law.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all submitted information with strict confidentiality. However, we may share information with law enforcement agencies if required by law or if we believe doing so will prevent harm.
6. Prohibited Uses
You must not: (a) submit false reports; (b) use the Portal for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to interfere with the Portal's operation; (d) use automated tools to submit forms; (e) violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and materials on this Portal are the property of BraapLegal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BraapLegal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Portal or reliance on any information provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
